We are seeking a Service Coordinator for immediate hire at our new Huntington, WV location. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to our customers’ service calls. This position requires a person that can multitask, be well organized, and be able to effectively communicate with our customers, field service technicians, parts department, and management team.

We are seeking a Service Coordinator for immediate hire at our new Huntington, WV location. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to our customers’ service calls. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer calls and respond in a timely manner
- Ensure field service estimates are promptly submitted for approval
- Open work orders for field technicians and dispatch as needed
- Work with service manager and team to collect information for ongoing jobs
- Process work orders, purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and schedule technicians
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressures
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfortable learning new programs
- High School Diploma or equivalency
