We’re seeking a skilled Welder-Fabricator to join our team. This hybrid role supports both the new manufacturing and repair of industrial material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in multiple welding disciplines, capable of interpreting blueprints, and comfortable collaborating with mechanics and engineers to complete custom fabrication and repair projects.

We’re seeking a skilled Welder-Fabricator to join our team. This hybrid role supports both the new manufacturing and repair of industrial material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in multiple welding disciplines, capable of interpreting blueprints, and comfortable collaborating with mechanics and engineers to complete custom fabrication and repair projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform welding using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes on a variety of materials and thicknesses
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication schematics
- Fit, assemble, and prepare structural steel components for welding
- Modify and repair existing weldments
- Fabricate tooling, fixtures, and custom components as required
- Collaborate with mechanics and engineering to complete projects efficiently and accurately
- Perform basic mechanical work as needed to install or remove weldment components on equipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fabrication tools and shop safety
