We are seeking a detail oriented and dependable individual to support our Parts Department in a variety of tasks, including inventory management, order processing, and assisting with technical part identification. The ideal candidate will have experience in a parts department environment and the ability to read and interpret drafting plans and technical drawings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong customer service and phone skills necessary
• Manage parts counter and hit sales targets and goals
• Ability to relate to customers, co-workers, and vendors
• Ability to prioritize a large amount of orders
• Working knowledge of shipping-receiving and warehousing
• Must be able to work independently without direct supervision
• Researching multiple manufacturer part numbers online
• Coordinate parts availability with shop and road mechanics
• Must be willing to work as part of a team
